ABOUT US
OUR PROGRAM
Emmorton Thunder is a year-round travel softball program based out of Emmorton Recreation, a non-profit organization, located in Harford County, Maryland. We are a competitive program that will have Open through C level teams in 10U, 11U, 12U, 14U and 16U. The 2018-2019 season was one of the most successful in program history. From games played, to finalist appearances, to championships won, our program has achieved new heights. We look forward to building on our current success in the next season. For 2019-2020, we have partnered with Absolute Sports Performance which will provide personal training geared towards softball, indoor skills training, Hit Trax, and other state of the art resources.
OUR COACHES
Our dedicated coaches are all volunteers and have experience in coaching recreational and travel softball teams. They have the ability to teach the fundamental skills necessary to be successful at each age level. They also attend NFCA Coaching Clinics and Conferences during the winter to learn new ideas, drills, strategies, and player development techniques from some of the top coaches in softball.
